More than 95% of our products are available in our store, while some products are manufactured after receiving orders. For products that are in our store, Carpet Point deliver within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Carpet Point are also providing free shipping for all orders. And have an very easy return policy.
Special cases to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following special cases will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
- Products modified as per customer guideline will take around 5-7 days to dispatch.
- Products that are mostly stocked but that are unfortunately out of stock.
- Some Products are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
- Delivery pin code is not supported by upheld by major couriers. For this Situation we need to- deliver by Speed Post which takes a 4-5 days longer.
